Arkayen Labs is the personal technology studio of Balaji Thukuntala, based in Mumbai, India. It is a sole proprietorship rather than a registered company, and it is where the Android apps, digital products and writing are published.

Three Android apps. FreshTrack is an offline-first food expiry tracker and is live on Google Play. Pamoja is private group step tracking built on Health Connect, and Qontrk keeps attendance and wage records for labour contractors. Pamoja and Qontrk are still in development.

Yes. FreshTrack works fully offline without an account, and Pamoja's step tracking and group features are free and will stay free. Both offer an optional paid subscription for extra features, billed through Google Play.

Each app has its own privacy policy, because each collects different things. FreshTrack keeps your inventory on the device unless you turn on cloud backup. Pamoja reads only your daily step total from Health Connect, and never any other health data. Nothing is sold to anyone, and none of the apps show ads.

FreshTrack and Pamoja both support deletion from inside the app, in Settings. If you cannot reach the app, email support@arkayenlabs.com from the address on the account and it will be deleted within 30 days.

Through Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record and handles payment, invoicing and tax. If something you bought does not work as described, email within 14 days of purchase and you will get a fix, a replacement or a refund.

This is a one-person studio, so replies usually take a day or two rather than minutes. Privacy and data-deletion requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.
